How to Enjoy Swallowtail Farm Produce
We take great pride in producing safe, healthy produce for you to enjoy and share with your family. We grow a variety of salad greens almost 10 months out of the year, as well as flowers and other items seasonally all using sustainable practices. Our greens are triple rinsed so they're ready to for you grab and enjoy. Below are two ways you can get our produce into your belly.
Stop by the Farmstand
The Farmstand is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00-7:00 p.m. from April through early December. If you're looking for something to inspire your dinner, swing on by and see what's available/ in-season. If you can't make those hours, or want to be sure something you're looking for is in stock, drop us a line (swallowtailfarm@gmail.com) Please note: priority is given to Salad Club members/pre-orders. We try to have some extras available in the farmstand; though availability will vary.

'Salad clubs'/ Pre-ordering group
We know you're busy and can't always make it to the farmer's market, or maybe you want to be sure you can get the items you want to make healthy meals. We operate a pre-order 'clubs' where participants receive a weekly email about produce availability and order IF they are interested in any of the products that week. It really helps us know what to harvest too! We then do 'neighborhood' drop offs, or on-farm pick up of orders. Members also receive recipe ideas and special offers.
